ESSCO designed extruder control drive package. This system provides through the PLC control the operation of the extruder drive not shown in this package, three temperature control zones and a drive for a metering pump. By this design we eliminate the cost of discrete pressure controllers and temperature controllers. All control is via one digital operator interface allowing pressure, speed and temperature control settings and displays.
