An ESSCO application solution. Customer needed an automated control system that would safely transfer their unique product from the factory floor to the bed of a flat bed truck. System consisted of a pull roll stand, incline conveyor and an overhead lapping gantry. The PLC control system automatically and precisely layered the material onto the truck. Loading was originally done with a crane. Loading time was dramatically decreased and the final package was precisely loaded. Safety was also a big concern due to potential high winds that were completely eliminated with the system solution.
